Tolga Oktay joined the former Daimler Financial Services AG in Istanbul in 2002. In the years that followed, he held key management positions in Turkey, Germany, and China. Among other roles, he served as CFO and CCO at Daimler Financial Services in Istanbul before he became Head of Controlling Europe at Daimler Financial Services headquarters in Berlin. Tolga then returned to Istanbul as Managing Director of Daimler Financial Services Turkey. He later managed central IT transformation projects at the headquarters before taking on the position of Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services China in 2018.
Since January 1, 2025, Tolga Oktay has been a member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG responsible for Finance, Controlling and Risk Management.
