That's why we offer a range of flexible working time models to suit everyone: Flexitime, part-time, mobile working, job sharing, workation, sabbaticals and more.
Rigid rules on core working hours and fllexitime are a thing of the past for us. We organise our regular 40-hour working week in a flexible way. That means we can work from 6.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday. All hours worked, whether in the office or at home, are credited to your working time account.
The focus is no longer on presence in the office - because what counts in the end is the agreed result. That creates freedom, flexibility and trust. For us and for you. Our working model therefore combines presence at the workplace with mobile working from your home office, if your area of work permits. The individual organisation of on-site and mobile working is determined by the teams themselves. It's the perfect mix of both worlds for us.
Is flexibility important to you when it comes to where you work? With us, you can work up to 20 days a year in other European countries (EU, EEA, Switzerland, UK), if your job allows it. It doesn't matter if these days are before or after your holiday, or if you simply prefer a change of location.
Part-time and career don't go together? For us, they do. And have been for more than a decade. With job sharing, we have created an attractive part-time model in which you share a position with another person. This flexible working model allows you to make a valuable contribution to the business while enjoying more autonomy over your time, greater decision-making, freedom and personal flexibility. We offer job tandems with and without leading a team.
Want to extend your beach holiday or need a few extra days off unexpectedly? No problem. In addition to your 30 days' holiday, you can take up to 5 days' unpaid leave, if your work-related requirements allow. This gives you extra flexibility for your personal planning.
